Supporting and providing assistance to vulnerable, disadvantaged people in the Newcastle and Hunter region impacted by homelessness.

Path 2 Changes’ (P2C) primary programs provide client-centred, and strength-based case management to young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, specialised support and access to education, training, and employment opportunities. Working collaboratively with local Specialist Homelessness Services, P2C provides individual and tailored support for young people who may have complex needs and barriers because of family breakdown and displacement.

Path 2 Change offers a unique and innovative fee for service “Life Skills’ program focused on helping people impacted by homelessness, to build their strengths and capabilities and foundational life skills or ‘soft skills’, leading to better education, training, and employment outcomes. (see Empower Me).

Path 2 Change is committed to supporting people at risk of, or experiencing homelessness, with equal opportunities and access, to make informed choices about their lives, and reduce the instances of continuing homelessness.
