Path 2 Change is a non-for-profit organisation that provides support and assistance to vulnerable and disadvantaged people in the Newcastle and Hunter region impacted by homelessness.

Path 2 Change’ primary programs provide secular, client-centred, and strength-based case management to young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, providing specialised support and access to education, training, and employment opportunities.

Path 2 Change through collaborative relationships with Specialist Homelessness Services applies the ‘No Wrong Door’ approach to homelessness, in the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Lower Hunter and Port Stephens areas.

Path 2 Change also offers a unique and innovative fee for service “Life Skills’ program  focused on helping people to build and enhance their strengths and capabilities through developing foundational life skills or ‘soft skills’, leading to better education, training, and employment outcomes. (see Programs).

We collaborate and build meaningful partnerships and programs, to help people foster their capacity to realize a preferred future.

Path 2 Change would like to acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as Australia’s First People and Traditional Custodians. We value their cultures, identities, and continuing connection to country, waters, kin, and community. We pay our respects to Elder’s past and present and are committed to making a positive contribution to the wellbeing of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, by providing services that are welcoming, safe, culturally appropriate, and inclusive.

Path 2 Change is committed to embracing diversity and eliminating all forms of discrimination in the provision of services. P2C welcomes all people irrespective of ethnicity, lifestyle choice, faith, sexual orientation, and gender identity.
