Path 2 Changes’ (P2C) primary programs provide client-centred, and strength-based case management to young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, specialised support and access to education, training, and employment opportunities. Working collaboratively with local Specialist Homelessness Services, P2C provides individual and tailored support for young people who may have complex needs and barriers because of family breakdown and displacement.
Path 2 Change offers a unique and innovative fee for service “Life Skills’ program focused on helping people impacted by homelessness, to build their strengths and capabilities and foundational life skills or ‘soft skills’, leading to better education, training, and employment outcomes. (see Empower Me).
Our vision is to support and empower people at risk of (or experiencing) homelessness. To achieve independence and connection with community.
We collaborate and build meaningful partnerships and programs. To help people realise an empowered future.
Your 100% tax deductible donation will be used to help a young person pay for: courses & educational needs, interview clothing, food, haircuts, Opal Cards, phone credit and more.
Path 2 Change would like to acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as Australia’s First People and Traditional Custodians.
